With an early hospital appointment and squash cancelled, I managed to squeeze in a swim before dinner. My third swim in 4 days...this must be a record.
Just decided on a straight 1km effort, going through 500m in 11.57 and finishing up in 24.03 so 30 seconds quicker than Sunday...
Door to door in under 30 minutes...that pool is so handy!
