Backed up Track on Thursday night with B&B on Friday morning, Rich making his second appearance following his debut on 'Big Friday'.
Due to the tides (I presume?!?), we basically walked to the point before heading to Shelly. Felt like hard work on the way out, but a lot quicker on the way back. Probably due to the big southerly swell that had rolled in.
