What could be more fun on a wet and windy Easter Saturday than a pyramid swim in an outdoor ocean pool....
It was actually only cold at one end of the pool, where the water washing in from the ocean...but that was where I stopped at the end of each interval - suffice to say I didn't stop for very long!
Did the 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 x 100m set for 1600m all up.
Not a lot of fun, but was out and back home in under an hour which is pretty good. Only one other person in the pool, an old guy in a wetsuit.
Time for the rash vest to come out next time I think...
