It was the footy final on Wednesday so I popped up to Cook and Phillip early for an early swim before the game. I hadn’t swam for a couple of weeks so wasn’t expecting much, plus with the footy final straight afterwards, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t wiped out by the swim.
I ended up just doing 500m with a 100m warm down, all done at a fairly sedate pace. No watch so no time. All fairly easy and non eventful really. Got overtaken by a couple of ageing breaststrokers as per usual.
