Small turn out for Pain today, probably due to the presence of Oprah Winfrey at the Opera House who was filming a show there. Chaos around Circular Quay and Mrs Mac's Chair as a result. Went in group 2 which was really group 4. Amended route with a shorter gate to gate as a result.
Struggled through the front half but came good in the back half of the session with legs feeling strong. Very warm in the sun
