Drove up with Tim to West Head, dumped the car, rode 30km, dumped the bikes and then ran 5km.
All done in 1.30.
Have turned into a paranoid mess after fiddling with my saddle post ride due to saddle soreness I hadn't previously experienced...
Will now have to take the bike out AGAIN sometime this week....
This Sunday can't come quick enough now...
