In SA yesterday for work so took a forced day off.
Met Roly and Tim at lunchtime for a 12km run. With what felt like a gale force, sahara type wind all the way, coupled with 29 degree temperatures, it was hard work from step 1.
Ended up with 11km on the clock in just under 51 mins. A tough run in those conditions....
The plan is to try and B&B tomorrow morning...time to get back into the wettie!
