Drove up to West Head, as per before Forster to give the carbons a run.
Managed 30km in 60 mins exactly, just cruising along basically.
Then backed it up with a 6km run, in around 30 mins...averaging 5.04's. Pretty slow, but West Head isn't the best place to run really given the hills and the number of cyclists.
The gears were playing up a little on the P2, so dropped the bike into BA in the afternoon for a tune-up.
