Tuesday lunchtime - easy trot along Barangaroo, split into 3 x kms @ 4.30 and 3 x kms @ 5 pace. All fairly easy, even though there was a fierce headwind on the return legs.
Wednesday morning - more B&B. Nice day for it. Took it relatively easy. Point - Shelly: 9.31, Shelly - Manly: 14.34.
The aim for Sunday will be sub 5.15. Anything more than that is a bonus.
