Missed the run home on Tuesday due to the storm, so decided to trot back on Wednesday instead. No motivation but figured I needed to lock some kms away before the weekend.
Normal route finishing at QLSC.
27.30 at the top of Wycombe, 56 at Ethel, 1.11 in Manly and 1.18.43 all up. Fairly average for 15.25kms.
Pacing wise, the Garmin didn't pick me up until Spit Junction so all I know is that I did the last 8km in 4.55! Well, I could work it out I guess, but I'm not really that bothered...
