After a few days in deepest darkest WA, it was back on the horse today. Met up with Tim for what was supposed to be a tempo run home, but ended up being an easy jog instead. Having said that we pushed Wycombe and Spit Hill pretty hard so it wasn't that easy...
Garmin didn't pick me up until Neutral Bay so the pace was a bit all over the place.
All up 1.19 for what is usually about 15.5km. Around 5.15's average I reckon.
