Back on the bike this morning for an easy ride to work. Very warm day.
All up 19km exactly in 51 mins. Legs felt like lead to start with but soon got into it up Parrawi (4.10) and from then on all was good. Very quiet on the roads which was nice.
Will try and back it up with an ocean pool swim on the way home from work tonight. Will probably need it by that time as it is blooming hot today!
