Last run before the big day. Warm and humid so took it easy and ran down around the lagoon, along the Manly seafront to Shelley and back to Queenscliff. Ran the whole way with Catheine which was nice.
All up about 7kms averaging 5.50's, which is faster than I need to go on Saturday...must run slower....must run slower...!
Slight calf twinge this morning but hopefully nothing too serious. Heading up to Katoomba tomorrow night after work. Weather looking good with a max of 23 degrees.
