Last Pain for 2010

Small turnout for the last Pain of 2010. Went in Group 2, which was really Group 4.

Legs felt good for the first half of the set, but tired towards the latter stages. For some reason the recoveries felt harder than usual, although the pace was probably the same.

First time we had been able to run unencumbered for a while. Saw Mike around Farm Cove again and managed a strangled greeting. We always seem to pass when we are both at the pointy end of an interval which makes saying hello particularly difficult.
